HPS are a creative marketing company based in Marlow who work with many blue-chip companies such as The Body Shop, PlayStation and Rolls-Royce. They are specialists in the automotive sector, working with BMW for their local dealer marketing activities.
When HPS were tasked with improving the sales of BMW’s larger luxury saloon / Grand Tourer cars at four BMW dealerships they turned to us for help.
HPS needed to react quickly to the situation which required our team to work to their timeframes delivering targeted data solution for an email campaign.
Using our knowledge of the sector, we selected owners of competitor models similar to the luxury 6 and 7 series BMW such as the S Class Mercedes and Audi A8.
As we hold data lists in-house, we could deliver lists of prospects, de-duped against their existing customer information within the tight timeframes HPS were working to.
The campaign resulted in each of the four dealerships receiving a level of enquiries that converted into the required number of appointments, test drives and ultimately sales.
HPS, and in turn BMW, were extremely happy with the results, and saw the benefits that targeted data has over other media with its ability to contact potential customers.
